Usually we process each order within 2 business days. Delivery time is advised by the courier available via the tracking link we send you upon the order. The normal delivery time is up to 14 days from the date of ordering. Due to the influence of global events, total delivery may be extended to 20~25 days

We usually ship to all countries worldwide. in case we don’t ship to a specific country we will advise so on our website

Every country has its delivery fees, starting from $7.95 for orders less than $99 and free shipping for orders more than $99. The delivery standard fee to your country is calculated upon checking out depends on the country you reside in

If you haven’t got an email about your order it may be still in processing. Our normal processing time is 2 business days. Once your order has been shipped you will get an email confirming the shipping of your item(s). If you don’t get an email, we ask you to check your spam folder and login to your account and check the status of your order

All tracking links are handled by the courier which your order is shipped with. If your item is not updated please allow up to 3 business days to get an update. If you still don’t get an update please contact our customer support

All our items require signature. in rare cases and depending on the courier some of the items don’t require a signature and the courier may leave it in a safe place if there’s one. All of our items require the buyer to sign to collect so we make sure you get the items handled to you
