Order Issues

If the order has not been shipped yet, you can go to your user account and click My Orders–>Cancel Order to be cancelled. The amount will be stored in the account to be used in the next transaction. If the order has been shipped, please contact our customer support

You can check the status of your shipped order by clicking the tracking link in the confirmation email we send upon purchase. If you can’t find the link please contact our customer support

Usually confirmation emails are sent upon placing an order containing all of your purchased items. In case you haven’t got an email please allow up to 4 hours to receive. If you don’t receive it after 4 hours please contact our customer support

in case you ordered lot of items we may divide your shipping package into 2 or more depending on your order. Each package contains a tracking number and we list all tracking numbers associated with your order in the tracking email you get from us

If there’s any missing item from your order, usually it’s shipped in a separate package. in case you haven’t received all of your items after a week of the 1st delivery we’re happy to help please contact our customer support

You can change your billing address in your user account. Please login to the account and click on Addresses, and add the new address

Yes you can add as many shipping addresses as you need. Please login to your account and click on Addresses and add a shipping address then click Save. Upon checking out next time you can select the correct address where you want your items to be sent to

Sorry that you have received a faulty item. Usually all of our items are checked carefully before packing, but sometimes in rare cases you may get an item that’s not up to your satisfaction. in this case please contact our customer support for a new item or a full refund. Please note, we require you to take a photo before applying for a refund to check the item
