You can request a return of your item(s) by logging in to your user account, go to My Orders—>Request a Return

Please note, to be eligible for a return, the item(s) need to be unopened, unused and in the same condition that you got them

Yes, all returned items are eligible for a full refund. However, as stated above, the items need to be in the same condition that you got them

You will get the money in the same way you paid for your order; ex: if you paid via a card, you will get the refund to same card you used. If paid by a gift card, we will top up the refunded amount to the card

We accept return of items within 7 days of the delivery. You may extend the time by requesting an extension if you are busy and haven’t got the time to open your package

if you have a balance it will be shown upon checking out and you can use the balance to pay for your order

We accept return of items within 7 days of delivery. Once we receive the returned item(s) we will exchange to a different size of your choice. Exchanged are only allowed once. Items you can’t exchange are: lingerie, swimwear, bodysuits, jewellery, underwear, bras

Please check our return policy and contact our customer support. We normally ask for clear photos about the item you got along with a brief about what’s wrong with the product. Once we check the details we will process the return and refund if eligible

We apologize for any inconvenience caused by the refund. If you got the incorrect amount please submit a ticket to our customer support and we will refund the missing amount asap
